Dr. Randy J. Siebold
Vice President of Education
After receiving undergraduate degrees in Industrial Education and Mechanical Engineering Technology from Andrews University, Dr. Siebold received his Masters degree from the Art department at Central Michigan University and later earned his PhD in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University in Bloomington.
Dr. Siebold has brought a vast breadth of educational experience to Weimar College. He has been an Associate Superintendent of Education in the Michigan conference, a principal at Broadview Academy and a faculty member in both the Curriculum and Instruction program and the College of Technology at Andrews University. He was instrumental in initiating and building the distance learning and technology in education programs at Andrews. He has taught at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Dr. Siebold is a speaker and consultant both across the nation and internationally in the areas of curriculum and instructional design, online course design, and educational support and training.
He has a deep passion for building up schools for the unique purposes of Adventist education—helping young people come to an active, vibrant, saving relationship with Jesus Christ. He and his wife of 27 years, Brenda, have five children ranging in age from 7 to 25 years.
