AS in Health
Learn how to knowledgably apply God's natural laws of health through practical hands-on training; study how to help others improve their life-style and experience optimal health. Learn to care for the whole person, harmonizing the physical, mental, social, and spiritual aspects of health as you gain professional experience through the NEWSTART® program.
Upon completion of the requirements, you will receive a certificate in Massage and Hydrotherapy. You will complete over 600 hours in coursework that will qualify you to sit for the National Certification Exam as administered by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Bodywork and Massage (NCBTMB).
All students complete a semester at the Amazing Facts Center of Evangelism (AFCOE, located on campus). Students are strongly encouraged to go through AFCOE at the beginning of their program. Visit www.afcoe.org for more information.
